Hi,
I'm Omar

A Junior in Computer Engineering @ The University of Minnesota
who loves bringing ideas to life through code and circuits.

Most recently I was a vehicle controls engineering intern at Arc Boats,
where I built closed loop steering control for an electric boat,
tracked down a throttle fault affecting boats already on the water,
and automated a key step of production testing.

Back on campus I design schematics, test BMS PCBs and write embedded firmware
for a solar vehicle, and I build autonomous systems that combine camera,
LiDAR and other sensors with on board computing to help robots navigate real spaces.
